Kitchen

This split level got a whole house makeover and we infused the structure with a modern vibe with nods to mid-century design. The exterior received new doors, windows, balcony, and a much needed fresh coat of paint.
A wall separating the kitchen and living room was removed. The sunken living room floor was raised up and now supports the new kitchen island. All of the bedrooms and bathrooms were updated, including a reconfiguration of the primary bedroom suite. The lower level was finished off with a bedroom, bathroom, family room, and wet bar.

This modern farmhouse is perched on a hill between farm fields and the woods at the back of the property. Simple, rustic details accent the wrap around porch and oversized garage. Full walk out finished basement with access to the back yard fire pit and woods beyond.

This detached garage borrows gable trim details from the original house. Textured siding and wood toned doors blend seamlessly within the local historical district.
The 2-car garage boasts a workshop in the back and a future artists studio on the second floor.
A solar array on the South facing facade is a nod towards the future.
The original house will be painted to match the new garage in 2022.  A pergola connecting the two structures is also planned for 2022.

This Monona Family loves the neighborhood - but need more functional space in the Kitchen / Dining Area of their 1960 ranch home.  We extended the Kitchen and Dining room 8' out the back to allow for more Kitchen storage, a new Kitchen island, and more seating space for the dining table.  We also turned a small screen porch into a Mudroom with First Floor Laundry.

Kitchen Remodel and Dining Addition

Another classic Monona, WI story - family loves the neighborhood but needs a little more space in their 1960's ranch home.  We've updated the Kitchen and Entry Foyer, adding a large island for the kids to snack and do homework, and a walk-in pantry.  The new Dining Room addition features sliding patio doors and a dry bar.  The new gable and side entry canopy gives the home some much needed curb appeal at minimal cost.
